I date a lot. In fact I’ve dated more than most. Through dating a lot of different kinds I learned how to have fun and appeal to the different “types” of women there is to greatly up my chances of getting laid each time. But there is more.

It wasn’t always so easy. Years ago I hadn’t a clue. Why did some guys have all the luck, while others seemed to have nothing but bad luck? Was it their bad looks? Negative personality? Or, low self-esteem? Here is what I found…

The basics. You need keep it simple. Start with the way you “take care” of yourself. Why? Because it shows you care about yourself and have self-esteem. No one is attracted to a person who doesn’t take care of them self. For example

Secret 1. Do you dress yourself to the hilt to look your best? Others will notice and be sexually attracted to you too.

Secret 2. Work out regularly. Meaning, cardio at least 30 minutes 5 days per week. Weight training 3 times per week will go a long way in making you more appealing to women and getting laid by attractive women.

Secret 3. Eat healthy calorie controlled meals. It’s true! When you go out on a date and scarf everything down, your date isn’t thinking ”wow, his mom must have taught him well” she’s more likely thinking “wow, you fat pig you must be starving so not able to support me” 

Secret 4. Shave. I’m guilty of letting mine grow out too, but remember that women love babies because they are soft and cute. The same 8 out of 10 times goes for your beard too.

Secret 5. Be well groomed. Get an up to date haircut. Make sure you style it daily. A good student of mine has a motto have attractive hair to get laid tonight by attractive women.

Secret 6. Brush your teeth at least 2 times per day. This is a no brainier. Don’t have bad breath unless it’s your goal to turn a girl off and make a lasting negative impression.

Secret 7. Match your audience. What kind of girl are you interested in? What kind of “style” does she have? Now do your research checking out the department store that matches that style. Pay attention to what the male models in that store dress like. Match it and your will instantly look more attractive to girls you desire.
